This year, the LHCC student poster session will take place in-person on 29/11/2022 in the morning at "Salle des Pas Perdue" at CERN.

As for the previous sessions, there is no need in an abstract and one can just put a dummy abstract in the repository.

The proposed standard poster format is A0 portrait (this is what CERN's printshop would deliver) but B1 is also OK. N.B.: In case the posters will be printed at CERN's printshop they have to be ready two weeks in advance, i.e. around mid-November.

The poster titles have to include 'ALICE'.

The posters are proposed by the PWG conveners and the PL, and are collected in PB twiki. The selected presenters are then contacted and can proceed with the upload of the abstract and posters. Please do not upload poster abstract in case you did not agree on it with the corresponding PWG convener or PL. In case of doubts, please contact cvetan.cheshkov@cern.ch
